An outer, spiral, prefilter wrap, made from a fiber blend of polyester and acrylic, increases cartridge strength and eliminates residual debris associated with conventional or machined and grooved, resin bonded cartridges.

Melt Blown Cartridges are manufactured from 100% Polypropylene construction and also Polyolefin construction offering excellent filtration and good thermal stability. The unique density gradient construction maximizes efficiency and minimizes pressure drop.

Cartridges are available in 1 to 100 micron ratings, 2.5-inch and 4.5-inch outside widths and 10 inch to 40 inch lengths, and various end cap configurations for a broad array of applications.
